Our customers are very happy with the level of support we offer, and we intend to keep it that way. Generally, questions are answered within 12 hours,
no matter where in the world the customer resides.
To keep this up, we are always looking for helpful and experienced contractors to work in our support team. You'd work one or two hours a day, on
days you prefer, and answer questions of (potential) customers in our help desk system and on the forums.
